Included in your all-inclusive pheasant hunting package will be airport shuttle, lodging, meals, beverages, a five-rooster bag limit, guide service, license, shells, game cleaning/shipping, and unlimited access to the Lodge's features.

Not included are gratuities and 5% sales tax.

Rates for the 2008 pheasant season will be as follows:

Individual (2 minimum)
2 days/3 nights    $1,900 per person
3 days/4 nights    $2,750 per person

Group discounts:  Groups of 6 or more receive a 5% discount
                         Groups of 12 or more receive a 10% discount

A deposit of $500 per guest is required to hold a reservation. A parent or legal guardian must accompany guests under age 18. All guests must be legal shooting age.

Exclusive Use (20 maximum)
2 days/3 nights  $30,000 per group
3 days/4 nights  $45,000 per group

A deposit of $10,000 is required to hold an exclusive reservation.

Corporate Hunting (off-season)
$10,000 per day with a maximum occupancy of 21 guests.
